ISKF Northwest Region
The Internaltional Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF) is a traditional Shotokan Karate organization, founded by Master Teruyuki Okazaki, who studied directly under Master Gichin Funakoshi, the founder of Shotokan Karate. The ISKF is a non-profit organization that strives to uphold the integrity and goals of Master Funakoshi, which includes following the guidelines and principles set forth by the Dojo Kun and Niju Kun. The Northwest Region of the ISKF/USA includes member clubs in Washington, Idaho, Oregon and northern California.
Association for Shotokan Karate of Napa
The Association for Shotokan Karate of Napa (ASKN) is devoted to the teaching and promotion of the art of Karate. We are part of an international organization, the largest Karate group in the world, the ISKF (International Shotokan Karate Federation). This membership ensures the highest standard and uniformity of teaching, ranking and competition judging.
Southwest Washington Shotokan Karate Club
Join us in downtown Vancouver Washington. We’re an affiliate club of the ISKF. There are member clubs just like ours in nearly every major city in the United States and abroad. We teach traditional Japanese Karate, the same martial art as you will find throughout Japan.
Kaizen Shotokan Karate
Our name kaizen means continuous improvement. We believe that everyone can learn if they have enthusiasm and the right attitude. We not only strive to be more physically fit but to improve the inner state of mind that carries through all aspects of life. ISKF Mountain States Region
Welcome to the International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF) Mountain States Region site. Our chief instructor is Master Yutaka Yaguchi, 9th Dan, located in Denver, Colorado. Sensei Yaguchi has been training in karate for over 59 years.
ISKF Alaska
Alaska Shotokan Karate is an amateur, non-profit martial arts association dedicated to the practice of traditional Japanese karate. The basic objective is to provide its members a means of developing and strengthening both physically and mentally. To attain this goal, Alaska Shotokan Karate adheres to the same high standards and principles set forth by Master Gichin Funakoshi in the dojo kun, which is still repeated at the end of every class, and the niju kun, which explains in more detail the guiding principles of Master Funakoshi's philosophy: Character, Sincerity, Effort, Etiquette, and Self-Control.
International Shotokan Karate Federation of British Columbia
The purpose of ISKFBC is to promote and instruct Shotokan Karate as taught by Senseis G. Funakoshi and M. Nakayama, and passed down to us through their senior students.
Washington Shotokan Association
Sensei André Dulce, formerly of Honolulu, Hawaii, was chosen by the Karate Association of Hawaii to establish a branch association in the state of Washington. Washington Shotokan Association (WSA) was founded in 1973 and currently headquarters in Bellevue with branches throughout the greater Seattle area.
